DESCRIPTION

It is used for reducing the size of plastic waste and scrap by means of rotary and fixed blades. It works with high efficiency on all plastic materials thanks to the rotor type, blade arrangement and sieve type selected according to the form and type of plastic material to be broken.

It provides the possibility of aqueous cracking thanks to the insulated bearings that are deposited outside the crushing chamber. The heavy-duty bearings used easily withstand crushing shocks.

Anti-abrasion protection is applied to the crushing chamber against the corrosive effects of plastic. Made of special alloy steel material, it has low operating costs thanks to fixed and rotating blades that provide multiple use possibilities. Different types of sieves are produced according to the type of material to be processed, and special alloy sieve material is used taking into account the corrosive effects of the material.

It is manufactured with a screw or fan outlet according to the type of material to be broken. Every point of the crushing machine can be easily reached for maintenance and cleaning. Safety switches provide maximum occupational safety during maintenance and cleaning.
