Intelligent and Flexible Control Systems

The integrated ABB PLC system of the Shredder XL easily optimizes the slide and rotor settings by adapting to changes in the material flow. Thanks to the recipe system, settings are saved according to the type of material and applied quickly for repetitive tasks. All control panels are manufactured in our facilities in Turkey.

The Optimum Cutting December Is Provided with Adjustable Fixed Blades

The harmony between the rotary knife and the fixed knife plays an important role in determining the material yield and the quality of the Deconstruction process. To ensure a precise cutting December at all times despite natural wear, the fixed blades can be adjusted both manually and reversed. This increases energy efficiency, reduces wear-related costs and significantly extends the overall life of the blades with optimal cutting geometry.

Straight-Line Blade Rotor Design For Demanding Applications

Our innovative design offers easy maintenance and replacement thanks to interchangeable rotary blades and holder sets, while significantly extending the life of the rotor. Unlike traditional systems, our rotary blade design is not directly connected to the rotor, which prevents the rotor from being affected by cutting impacts and minimizes wear. The new flat-tip blade design has been developed specifically for the professional level processing of RDF (Fuel Derived from Waste) and household waste. This robust design allows for effective disintegration of materials thanks to its short and durable cutting edges. Offering consistent cutting performance and superior durability even in the most demanding waste streams, this design ensures high efficiency and reliability in industrial-scale applications. In order to meet the demanding requirements of waste management processes, blade sizes, quantities and rotor drive systems are customized specifically for the material to be processed.

Cartridge Rotor Design For Durable and Fast Maintenance For RDF Processing

One of the biggest challenges faced in RDF (Waste-Derived Fuel) processing processes is to have a cutting system that is resistant to unpredictable metal fragments. Our new cartridge rotor design provides maximum resistance to such foreign substances, ensuring uninterrupted working time and high durability.

The modular cartridge system allows for quick and easy replacement of blades. Thanks to this, production can be resumed quickly by replacing only the damaged cartridge, without the need to disassemble the entire rotor when blade damage occurs. This feature reduces maintenance times to a minimum and increases operational efficiency.

Unlike traditional rotors, this design does not transmit cutting pulses directly to the rotor housing, thereby reducing wear and extending the service life of the rotor. The robust cutting edges ensure that even hard and abrasive materials in the RDF are effectively broken down, providing consistent and reliable cutting performance.

The XL model has a special pusher mechanism with swing motion for RDF and household waste processing. Unlike traditional horizontal thrusters, this mechanism works in harmony with gravity, allowing the material to flow naturally into the rotor. The optimized hopper design compresses the materials efficiently and improves the shredding performance. This innovative system offers durability and high performance while reducing energy consumption, making it ideal for large-scale waste processing.

Maximum Accessibility for Easy Maintenance

Shredder XL is designed to increase accessibility and simplify maintenance operations. The hydraulic movable sieve basket is opened downwards, providing quick and easy access to the sieve change and maintenance of the blades on the rotor. In addition, the hydraulic movable rear maintenance cover offers direct access to the interior of the shredder, making control and maintenance operations practical. These features facilitate access to the rotor, while significantly simplifying maintenance processes, minimizing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.
