EXTRUDER WITH CRT SHREDDER
Extruders with CRT Shredders are used for the single-step shredding and granulation of industrial waste. Thanks to their intelligent operating systems, these machines require minimal personnel.
They are capable of processing all forms of LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, and ABS plastics (such as blocks, rolls, open film, baled film, etc.). The integrated automatic shredding system enables the smooth granulation of large-sized industrial waste that needs to be shredded before the extrusion process.

These extruders operate with minimal personnel due to their user-friendly intelligent control system. With the recipe feature, all system parameters are recorded. When processing plastics with different characteristics, various recipes can be saved and loaded automatically with a single button press.
The system monitors capacity according to its parameters and automatically feeds the necessary amount of plastic raw material into the shredder chamber. Scrap plastics are pushed into the shredding rotor in a controlled manner by a hydraulically powered ram inside the shredder chamber. The plastics are shredded by rotating blades on the rotor until they pass through the screen holes. The size-reduced plastics, now ready for the extrusion process, are transferred to the extruder screw by a feed piston selected according to the processed plastic form and the corresponding recipe.
With a twin degassing screw design and a powerful vacuum pump, the system delivers excellent degassing performance. The vacuum pump body is made of AISI 316 grade stainless steel, and the extracted gas is discharged after being mixed with water. Thanks to the stainless steel condensation tank with a cooling body, the water required by the vacuum pump is used in a closed-loop system, saving 1.2 m³ of water per hour.
The connection between the extruder’s main motor and the gearbox is ensured by a steel spring coupling, preventing energy loss commonly encountered in belt-pulley systems. Energy savings are further achieved with the inverter-controlled IE3 energy-efficient main and condenser motors.
