Underwater Granule Cutting Machines are used for cutting sticky plastics in granule form with high MFI value thanks to improved cutting technology.

The plastic melt from the extruder comes into contact with water on the surface of the cutting mirror and is cut in granular form with cutting blades. With its high technology, it ensures the continuous cutting of granules of the same form and the same size. The number of holes, hole diameter and hole arrangement geometry of the cutting chuck are adjusted according to different plastic types and capacities.

The granules are shipped to the drying centrifuge with stainless steel pipes. The size of the drying centrifuge varies according to the capacity. With the steam fan located in the chamber of the drying centrifuge, the humid air generated in the body during drying is evacuated and the drying effect is increased.

The Underwater Granule Cutting Machine is made of complete AISI 304 stainless steel material. The cutting mirror and cutting blades are made of special alloy and coated steel suitable for the type of plastic processed.
