PE, PP, PS, ABS plastics are automatically cut into granule form in Granule Thinning Machines. After the plastic melt from the extruder passes through the mirror of the Granule Cutting Machine, it is cut into granule form by knives and poured into the water reservoir. The granules that cool and harden superficially in the water tank are transferred to the integrated drying centrifuge without touching using a water flow. The blade speed of the Granule Cutting Machine is inverter controlled, and the length of the granule can be adjusted by changing the blade speed. The number of holes, hole diameter and hole arrangement geometry of the cutting chuck are adjusted according to different plastic types and capacities.

The dimensions of the integrated drying centrifuge vary according to the capacity. With the steam fan located in the chamber of the drying centrifuge, the humid air generated in the body during drying is evacuated and the drying effect is increased.

The complete Granule Cutting Machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel material. Special alloy and coated cutting mirrors and cutting blades are used for different plastic types, and the service life of the parts is increased to the maximum level. Thanks to the moving body parts, maintenance operations can be performed easily and quickly.
