DESCRIPTION

Screws and sleeves for Granule Extrusion Systems are designed and manufactured within our company. Screw and sleeve steel material, hardening process, special coating processes and screw geometry are selected according to the type and form of plastic to be processed.

We produce screws that can process even plastics with low fluidity value with high uniformity and high capacity. Special bimetallic coatings and hardening processes are applied against the abrasive and corrosive effects of the plastic and other additives to be processed. Thus, it is ensured that the screws and sleeves are suitable for plastic recycling and their service life is extended.

Standard, barrier and conical screws are produced according to the type and form of plastic to be recycled. Single, double and twin gas intake, side feed or top feed models are available in sleeve production according to the type and form of the material.
