Plastic Melt Filters are used in extruders. They are used to clean the pollutants (such as sand, metal, non-melting plastics) that remain in the melt and reduce the quality of the product with special filters attached to the sieve eyes.

Plastic Melt Filters are manufactured in accordance with continuous high capacity operation under high pressure and temperature. Filter housings and moving plates are made of special alloys, filter surfaces are hardened with PTA welding technology.

Single-Plate and Double-Plate models are suitable for manual use. The appropriate screen diameter filter is selected according to the type of plastic being recycled, the pollutant density and the extruder capacity.

Automatic Filters, on the other hand, have a self-cleaning feature with their superior technology. Maximum benefit is provided with minimum melt waste in Automatic Filters.

The filter plates are moved by hydraulic unit or nitrogen gas units. Product quality and efficiency are increased to the maximum level with special insulated resistors and precise temperature control.
