DESCRIPTION

Wet film is used for dewatering plastics by mechanical clamping method. Depending on the type and thickness of the plastic, the output humidity varies between 4 Dec – 8%.

With the improved screw design, it is not affected by capacity fluctuations in washing lines.

Considering its energy efficiency, operating cost, capacity and ease of use, it is the most efficient system for Film Dewatering compared to hot air or centrifuge systems.

It is resistant to the dynamic force created by mechanical clamping process with a high-torque extruder-type reducer and a powerful chassis completely welded under gas from heavy-duty steels.
